How long does shipping take? Every hat is made to order when you place your order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus 3–5 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 8–12 business days.

Is shipping free? Yes. Free shipping on every order, every time. No minimums, no catches.

What's your return policy? Because every hat is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. If your hat arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.

What breeds do you offer? We currently offer hats for Goldendoodles, Golden Retrievers, Corgis, French Bulldogs, Dachshunds, and Bernedoodles. Want to see your breed? Let us know at our contact page — we add new breeds based on demand.

What hat styles do you have? All of our hats are soft, unstructured dad hats with an adjustable strap. One size fits most. We offer two embroidery designs per breed: the original design and the Champions Collection (your dog in the iconic green jacket).

What colors are available? Color options vary by design. You can see all available colors on each product page.

Where are your hats made? Every hat is produced on demand through our manufacturing partner. This means no excess inventory and less waste. Hats are produced and shipped from the United States.
