Because every Poop Dog product is made on demand through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or misprinted. Please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before ordering.

Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll work with Printful to send a replacement at no cost to you.

How Replacements Are Processed
Returns and replacements are handled through our production partner, Printful. In most cases, we’ll issue a reprint rather than a refund.
